Universal Companies partnered with Nicetown CDC to provide this affordable housing unit to Philadelphia professionals and young families.

Nicetown Court is one of a series of neighborhood revitalization projects that will enhance both public amenities and private property in the Nicetown section of the City near the Wayne Junction Train Station.
The project consists of:
  • 37 mixed income rental units
  • Commercial Spaces available on the first floor
