Health & Wellness Day

On Fri. June 8, 2012 Universal Family of Schools participated in the 15th Annual Health and Wellness Day! Students kicked off the day with a “Walk for Wellness”  and pledged to make healthy lifestyle choices! Organized physical fitness activities like martial arts and zumba classes, an obstacle course, jump rope/hoola hoop competitions, and nutrition themed games rounded out the event.
