Your donation to Universal Companies will help us fulfill our mission of creating educational, cultural and economic opportunities that will break the cycle of generational poverty.

By partnering with Universal, individuals and businesses are making a direct, positive impact on more than 3,000 families in Philadelphia each year. Please consider all of the options below, and choose the one that meets your ability to support initiatives that improve communities and change lives.
 $5,000 provides an entire school with an off-site educational or cultural trip
   $2,500 provides an after-school academic enrichment program for an entire grade such as technology-based tutoring programs like "First in Math"
   $1,000 supports an extra-curricular activity like the Urban Gardening Club which teaches the principles of farming, environmental sustainability and the importance of healthy eating
   $500 can purchase 50 books used for the “100 Book Challenge” program which improves students’ reading proficiency in hopes of developing a lifelong love of reading
   $250 can support one educational community workshop for a "Family and Student Resource Center" such as financial management or job skills training
   $100 provides one student with a complete school uniform
$50 provides a teacher with classroom supplies for a month

Donating gently used or new items can help many local families in need. With your help, families and individuals can continue to build strong lives and achieve financial stability. To donate items visit a Family and Student Resource Center near you. These items are greatly appreciated and contribute to the growth of the entire community. The Family and Student Resource Center accepts:

Universal Companies encourages individuals in the community to be involved through volunteering at our programs or events.
